An Introduction
Kingsbury Green Academy came to us wanting to show just how good their school is, from their community spirit, great ethos, impressive grounds and great subject leaders. Their focus is excellence in education, our task was to capture that. Our main objective was to make everything authentic and real, to do this we interviewed the children and staff to get the best result possible.
The film was shot over two days using a mix of tripod, gimbal and drones. We worked closely with the staff to make sure everyone knew what was happening and when.

Working with ‘Gadget Line films’ was a professional and highly enjoyable experience. Their attention to detail in all aspects of their work, led to a truly impressive film, which showcases everything we are proud of as a school. They understood what we wanted to achieve, and were able to capture the spirit, ethos and culture of our school in a way I have never seen in other school videos.
Why should schools use video?
Having such a film visible on our website is incredibly important. It is the first experience many parents and members of the community will have of our school. It is vital therefore that we capture the character and essence of what we offer as a school. In a highly competitive market in terms of school places, where parents have a lot of choice, we are highly aware that we have literally minutes to make the right impression so that parents in particular, are motivated to see the school in person. The Gadget Line film achieves this and more.
